Smokin' Joe Robinson

"Joe will undoubtedly be Australia's best guitarist probably as soon as he is 21" - Phil Emmanuel
Smokin' Joe Robinson

Smokin' Joe Robinson began playing the guitar at the age of ten and one year later began playing professionally.  It soon became obvious to many that a musical prodigy was in their midst.  Initially insprired by Eric Clapton, Carlos Santana and other players of that era, Joe then became interested in jazz guitar, teaching himself from the Internet.  Joe's natural ability to play guitar at a level normally seen in seasoned professionals twice his age attracted the attention of many of Australia's guitar greats including Tommy and Phil Emmanuel.  With the guidance and support of such renowned players, Joe (now just turned 16) has established himself as one of the most promising artists ever to emerge from Australia.
